How to pass time in lockdown?Almost every one is affected....Let's see! As we are facing lockdown there has been lot of time with us to do and find inner peace. Below are some of the things which can really click on... 1.Learn to play music,to enact,to write,to cook etc in this time. 2.Don't judge yourself with your new learning activities ,trust me you will do better 3.Challenge yourself with some funny indoor adventures. 4.Schedule your routine timetable and adhere it to as if you are in home job. 5.Express yourself in a way which makes you comfortable. 6.As before I have written in my blog 7KEYS FOR MENTAL HEALTH...follow them,to brief you,Meditate,Do yoga/exerxises,Gratitude expression,Handy help to the needy,Regular eating and sleeping habbit. 7.Last not the least is tune to Corona news till your brain capacitate,don't burden it.
