1. Learn to say No It is not possible to be on yes side always on some matters if it affects us then learn to say No without any hesitation. This will help you in saving time and energy. 2. Be optimistic Always be positive before starting any new things so that this attitude of yours attribute to complete it. 3. Be Self Confident Try to increase your self confidence which helps assurance for completion of task with more productivity. 4. Map out Note down your priorities and work accordingly. It relieves much stress. 5. Nourishment and sleep Proper Sleep and adequate nourishment is a must for health 6. Along with work/job satisfaction, home time should be given equal importance as we spend our relaxing time there with family. So don't ignore it, as it can hamper overall temperament. 7. Relations with society i. Make new friends without fear of rejection. eg when we were in elementary school we hardly bothered about any rejection. Act same way now. ii. Accept invites of friends without social anxiety because they are interested in you and like to know more about you. iii. Try to take time to map down your potential fr iends so that you can relax and be stress free with them. iv. Take out appropriate time for tea or coffee with friends to chill along. v. Leverage or Try to use maximum of social platforms to increase social contacts and bonding. e.g. attending a church, joining gym, dancing classes etc.
